Office Administrative Manager

Position Summary:

The Office Administrative Manager will perform tasks and services to support the operations of the organization's Administrative Department. This person will manage a team of Front Office Administrative Support Personnel.

Schedule: 7:00A-4:00p

Compensation: minimum $65,000 annual

Office Location: Home office will be from one of our 6 locations in Wisconsin.

Travel: Minnesota locations - Quarterly, Wisconsin locations- Monthly.

Typically 30%-60%, based on the need.

Wisconsin locations- Abbotsford, Chippewa Falls, Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids, Marshfield, Plover.

Minnesota locations- Duluth & Virginia

Position Summary:

The Office Administrative Manger will perform tasks and services to support the operations of the organization's Administrative Department. This person will manager a team of Front Office Administrative Support Personnel.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Supervise and help manage Administrative Assistant personnel.

-Involved in maintaining Front Office Personnel at all locations.

-Coordinate training for new personnel and identify training needs for current personnel.

-Completes regular reviews and is involved in disciplinary action items with staff as needed.

-Become an expert in Accounting areas that pertain to position and Front Office Personnel positions, answering frequent asked questions from team members and help them perform their job duties when needed.

-Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of all Business and Accounting items.

-Maintain scheduling and field off- requests with coverage where possible.

-Duties & Responsibilities when covering for Admin Staff as needed :

-Perform various office duties including reception, customer service, word processing, and database management.

-Manage filing and organization of all paperwork and mail received.

-Maintain digital customer invoice files.

-Assist the Accounting Team with daily deposits.

-Support location-based events as required.

-Organize and maintain company location files.

-Provide professional support to staff and customers.

-Collaborate on special projects with different departments.

Skills:

-Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

-Excellent management and supervisory skills.

-Professional written and verbal communication skills.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Professional capacity for maintaining procedural guidelines and strict confidentiality.

-Dealership Accounting Experience is a plus.

-Education and Experience:

-Associates Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/ Management is preferred.

-Two years minimum management experience.

Physical Requirements:

-Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

-Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
