Job: Inside Sale Professional- Parts

Schedule: Full time Monday - Friday

Compensation: $17.00-$20.00/ hour based on experience

Location: Duluth, MN

This position is onsite, working in a professional setting while using your customer skills to grow and enhance the customer experience at Ascendance Trucks. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be part of an energetic team of professionals who are committed to educating customers and providing superior service. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customer vocations and learn about a wide range of unique products to inform customers of quality including usage and value added parts. Responsibilities will include:

1) Assist customers in selecting required parts, educate customers on new products, and ensure that the customer has knowledge of our full product line while in person and/or over the phone.

2) Assist the Service Department in fulfilling parts needed for repairs in process.

3) Additional Parts Department daily functions will be taught by the Parts Manager

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or the equivalent

-Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

-One year of experience in a heavy-duty diesel parts department preferred

-One year of sales experience preferred

-Ability to work well with the public; sometimes with several customers at a time.
