Position Summary:
The Outside Sales Professional- Parts team member builds and cultivates customer relationships to grow parts sales and to meet company profitability goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Be a great communicator, team player and listener.
-Be able to plan your day, week, month & year on how you will grow the parts sales and service customers.
-Be able to convey your plans to the Parts Manager and Parts Director.
-Contribute to the company CRM system.
-To be a solution provider and be a professional in all the work you do.
-Must be a great contributor to the "Yes We Can Do That" atmosphere.
-Must be able to sit in a vehicle for the day and drive long distances.
-Must be able to sell and upsell parts to customers.
-Must be able to teach customers solutions that decrease future maintenance concerns.
-Maintain current customer relationships while building new customer contacts.
Position Requirements:
-Professional personal appearance.
-Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Have a valid driver license with a clean driving record.
-Knowledge of automotive parts and/or heavy-duty parts.
-Strong problem-solving skills necessary.
-Ability to work with the public.
Working Conditions:
Will spend the full day driving and calling on customers and vendors.
