Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 per year

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial options for Ascendance Truck Centers customers. They produce financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of their organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Process customer applications to find the best financing solution available

-Work with sales staff to provide finance and lease quotes for customers

-Gather any additional information required by lender to provide a credit decision

-Execute finance and lease docs in a timely and accurate manner

-Ensure that title-work and liens are recorded properly in accordance with lender requirements

-Knowledge of available finance and lease programs available from a variety of lenders

-Establish and maintain working relationships with lenders

-Follow Federal regulations for privacy and lending practices

-Develop and maintain customer relationships

-Offer additional products based on customers' needs and requests.

-Must be willing to travel to other Ascendance Truck locations and customer locations occasionally.

-Work with other departments to provide marketing material for the finance dept.

-Attend trade and vendor shows as needed

-Must be willing to attend occasional overnight travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Two years of financial experience preferred.

-Must be able to speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers.

-Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

-Must be confidential.Excellent communication skills necessary.

-Professional personal appearance necessary.

-Must be organized and able to prioritize time management.
